A Booking Deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. This is refundable minus a 10% admin fee if the booking is cancelled 28 days or more before arrival. 

The Balance of 50% is due and will be automatically charged 28 days before arrival. This is non-refundable once paid. 

In case of no show, 100 % of the prepayment of the rent is forfeited.
